Miracle Whip is good when it's used as the binder on potato salad. Only time it's superior to mayo…

Miracle Whip is the ideal sandwich spread...

Mayo is better for foods where it's going to be kept cold... (for flavor... AND for food safety.. but who am *I* to talk about food safety! )

Hellman's light.
Because I'm not supposed to have real mayonaise
and the only thing I'll put miracle whip on is the compost pile.

Hellman's. Nothing else will do.

Here in the south, when you order something with mayo, they often use Miracle Whip.

Mayo, and only mayo.

Hellman's Mayo.

That other stuff is like Velveeta - it's just not "real".

Neither- I have an aversion to white creamy condiments. Mayo, miracle whip, tarter sauce, most salad dressing, sour cream....blech.

The ONLY exception I allow is the small amount of mayo I like in tuna fish salad but there needs to be just enough to hold the salad together.

Actually, here West of the Mississippi, we can't get Hellman's. Same product, but it's labeled "Best Foods". 24 years and I still can't figure out why this is true.
