My Netgear MR 314 wireless router with 4 port switch has begun to show signs of unreliability and I'm thinking its time to upgrade to an 802.11 G or super G/pre N. I only print wirelessly from my Powerbook to a networked LaserWriter 4/600 using Appletalk. All other printing is over the wired network. On the principal of 'don't fix what's not broken' I don't want to reconfigure my set up if I can help it.

So the question is what routers deals are out there that would work with my current all Mac network. It would be nice to have a built in USB print server so I could add my Epson R200 but thats not essential.

My Linksys BEFW11S4 does fine with Appletalk. You can get one for $50 or less if you shop around.

My SMC 802.11g router is the Metamucil of routers.

I don't know about their current models, but as recently as the models before summer, Buffalo Tech "Airstations" 802.11g supported Appletalk.
