Put new stickers on everything that are 30% higher, then post signs that everything is 15% off sticker.

What's funny is that the CompUSA near me stayed open and owned by Tiger Direct. The prices now are better then CompUSA every was, even during the liquidation.

Three stores are closing in my area but they're only offering 20% off right now.
We had a store move to a new "The City" location and the old store sold off open box stuff for up to 70% off.

Use any gift cards that you have now! If they go into bankruptcy, they're worthless.
