I need a new office/computer chair

I'm looking to get a new chair in the $300-$500 range. I like the modern mesh back kind but there's too many to choose from. I sit in this chair all day. The german one are $1500 on up, that's a little too pricey for me and I'm not worth it.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Knoll Chadwick, full mesh chair that rivals Aeron at considerably lower price. I absolutely love mine:

I have a $1500 German chair, and it is worth it. A Haider Bioswing. But you can't even get them in the United States, alas.

If I were shopping today, I would check out Costco.com. They have some amazing-looking ergonomic chairs.

Keep in mind, there is no one chair that it is good to sit in all day. It's good to have several chairs and rotate between them. The human body is designed to move.

I just tried on a few Aeron Chairs. I am size B and I like the full back support. A bit pricey. I have not checked out the Knoll Chair.

I think I just want a gently used Aeron.

There is no way I will buy a chair without actually sitting in it. And $1500 for a chair? You must not be married.

Don Chadwick was a co-designer of the Aeron. I've sat in both the Aeron and Knoll Chadwick and find the latter more comfortable. Whatever you decide, I would strongly recommend an all-mesh chair. Foam seat pads will compress over time.

Ikea

I have this one from Ikea. I find it to be a nice bang for the buck.
Very comfortable and adjustable.
