MacUpdate bundle question

I bought the recent bundle, in part because it included Little Snitch v2. I got the receipt showing all the serial numbers EXCEPT the one for Little Snitch: Instead, it said: "Serial number will be posted to your MU account within 24 hours"

I can find no way to access this information at MU. MU tells me my free membership has expired and that I need to renew. Only paid options for renewing are offered. Meanwhile, it appears that I have no purchase or download history. I do not want to pay any additional money for a service that I will not use. Is this typical of how they operate? Withhold the serial number of one of the more desirable items in a bundle so that you will have to shell out more money to get it?

You should have been enrolled in the Trial Desktop Membership. Your receipts and serial numbers should be available here:

You are currently enrolled in the Trial Desktop Membership. All new free accounts are automatically entitled to the same benefits of our Desktop Membership, available for $39.95 a year. Your Trial Desktop Membership benefits will last for 10 days. After your Trial period is over, your account will automatically be converted to a Free Membership account, unless you decided to purchase a Premium or Desktop Membership. You have not been charge for this account, and will not be charged anything unless you decided to become a Premium or Dektop Member.

If you click login under members it should take you to a login page where you can either login to an existing account, or create a new one including a free account. Here is a link to that page.

Link

Try creating a new account using your old login info. I think I did this when my free account expired. Once you have an account associated with your email, you should be able to access your receipts and serial numbers from the link at the bottom of the Promo page. If not, email MacUpdate support.

Unfortunately (I have the same issue) my free account is expired but when I re-enter the same info, it complains that the email address and login are in use. Guess an email will be the only remedy.

Yeah, that's what happened to me.

Perhaps they should, but they are not. I get no information by logging in. Presumably clicking on "Purchases" should get me to information about purchases. It gets me nowhere.
