Daugher indicated that she was having trouble with SPORE on her Macbook pro. She would do updates, and then the APP would be completely unusable. Then she would DELETE the APP, and not get her STORAGE space back on the HD. In a couple of days, she would notice she had 17 gigs.

She has done a couple of installs, and removals. THen she got the Spore Parts Pack add on, and it won't install.

I said I would ask and search about Macs and Spore. She tried support for Spore on the Spore website, but found nothing yet.

Wonder whats going on?

I don't believe the hard drive space is recovered until she actually empties the trash.
