I remember reading a couple of recent posts about "designer" oatmeal. A new Trader Joe's Fearless Flyer came today, and they talk about their Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats on the front page. It looks like it's quite a bit less than what some of you were quoting for other oatmeal (besides Quaker, of course.) They have it pegged at 13 cents a serving, or $2.29 a package, which they say is about 17 servings.
I might even break down and try some. Should I ever go to Trader Joe's, of course.
