OT: Treo 650 - Recommended SD Card Speed...?

I am buying an SD card for Treo 650, I'd like to get a high capacity card just because. High Speed card or Low Speed? Opinions?

Been googling and yahoo'ing with not much luck yet as answer.

By the way, been looking to see if there is a limit for size of what is recognized by the Treo 650.
