I received the wrong item and need to return it. I've checked their return page and there is no "reason" for this. The closest reason is "Product performance/quality is not up to my expectation". For this reason they will charge for return shipping.

Is there a toll-free number to them (I could not find one)? Or direct email address to customer service (I could find this either)?
