They lowered the unlimited calls with data plan to $100/month. Doesn't include texting. AFAIK, the pricing on the other plans remains unchanged except for the 1350 minute plan which has been discontinued.

For the roughly 1% of iPhone users who regularly go over 500 minutes a month, this has meaning.
Note that "unlimited data" is capped and still doesn't include text messaging.
