Great possible replacement for Dreamweaver, HomePage

I've been lamenting the disappearance of HomePage since Claris dropped it.

Today, I've found out about a program that looks nearly as user-friendly, and a bunch more powerful: FLUX.

I downloaded the Quickstart Guide, and this thing looks very nice.
