That rocks man. In my town they want to drop one right in the middle of a high income neighborhood. Not exactly compatible land uses. The city did an illegal rezone in a closed hearing to make it happen and the lawsuits have been going on for over two years now I think. It got so bad the state started withholding grants to our city until we corrected the illegal zoning practices. As of yet, nothing has changed. The city continues to wage a "Yakima, but into it" compaign while simultaneously using taxpayer money to screw it's citizens.

Every consumer makes the decision to buy or not buy FOREIGN products and it takes a lot of toys to add up to ONE foreign car purchase.

What is that exactly? Let's see, many Toyotas, Hondas and Mercedes are made in the U.S. Are those foreign cars? What about PT Cruisers (made in Mexico)? What are they?

Our county turned down the application to build a Walmart and we are in a just about anything goes area. They wanted to drop it on wetlands and mitigate by turning replanting some cypress in it DRA.

After the county said no, they paid the nearby city's legal fees to annex the same property. That city council approved it 4-1 and the mayor called the county commissioners a bunch of tree huggers. The annexation lines looked like a jigsaw puzzle drawn by a blind man.

Eventually the state appeals court tossed the annexation.

Has cost US taxpayers 2 Billion in medicaid yet PROFITS billions.

Breaks so many labor laws.

Has a direct pipeline to China that reduced cost and produced pumps 20billion into the Chinese economy

Still want to defend Walmart capitalism? I am all for capitalism but not walmart's brand, they consistently break the law and saddle tax payers with financial burden.

The damages were originally tallied as $207 million after a court clerk misread the punitive damages as $150 million. The amount of punitive damages was later clarified.

The last time I went inside my local Wal-Mart a guy was wearing his pants so low you could see 80% of his butt.

Adding to the life-fracturing image burned into my head from this is the fact that he was not wearing underwear. My 12 year old kid saw it as well and said "I did not need to see that."

As we were leaving, at one of the last check out lines before the escape hatches, I looked over to see a customer simultaneously paying for a bunch of crap and picking his nose at the same time. Not an itch, not a tweak; he was in there for a third of a finger. It was disgusting.

1. Latino groceries, a few less than 12 weeks old.
2. African hair-braiding
3. Nails (tips, acryclic, etc...whatever that means).
4. Finewines like M/D 20/20, Night Train or Wild Irish Rose
5. Illegal narcotics

We have to be the only place left in the U.S. without a Starbucks.

What else are fingers for? I for one am all for picking your nose, and in public too... expecially in public. Maybe that was me you saw ;)
