For database geeks--OpenBase?

I keep getting a message asking whether I want openinfo and openexec to accept incoming network connections. I have openbase installed as part of SOHO Notes, which I loathe, but unfortunately can't nuke from the surface of my drive.

Is OpenBase, and its pals openinfo and openexec, a wide-open portal for viruses and other assorted cr@p? Do I need an antivirus?

Thanks, Gutie

Supposedly, the latest version of SOHO Notes - version 8 - and SOHO Organizer as well, no longer use OpenBase.

You might want to investigate.
