Help with scrolling screen!

This is driving me crazy. I was woking in Illustrator and hit some odd keyboard combo with the command or option with something around the + key. I don't know which. But now it's as if the edges of my desktop are just inside the frame of the monitor. When I move my mouse, the screen shifts slightly to get to the edge of the wallpaper.

Then I restarted and got a kernal panic. Restarted and the screen still scrolled so I repaired permissions. Then restarted again. Still does it. Anyone know what this is???

System Preferences---->Universal Access
You probably hit a key combo to turn on screen Zooming.

Sonuva...Thanks a lot! I didn't even know that you could do that. That answer just saved me lots of frustration. I am trying to get a job done this weekend. Now I can. Thanks again!
