The original "My Life in the Bush of Ghosts" was, when it came out in 1980, one of the most startlingly original ideas I had ever heard in my 18 years. 25 years later, it continues to be a mesmerisingly good record that has influenced FLOCKS of musicians since.
There are only a couple of dozen modern-era (post-60s) albums I would seriously suggest that ALL music afficionados obtain and study: this is among that select list.
