LOL. Since WHEN does a Chinese company give a hot damn about intellectual property rights ?

I don't understand this device - there's a SIM card but no 3G service? This sounds like a VOIP over 802.11b/g - which you can currently do on an iPod Touch using just an app.

My friend was making calls with his 2nd gen iTouch using Skype. Does that no longer work?
