Anyone still using Fast DVDCopy? defunct?

I bit on this software but it was so hard to get upgrades to install and the time delay in getting a message to and from the developers I just gave up on my investment.

Seemed to work OK but upgrades should be simple and after many messages back and forth decided I didn't need the aggrivations.

Anyone else try this software. Are they still in business?

I don't know if it still allows you to make a copy or
what in Demo mode, before paying for it like it used to, but I
tried it and was not impressed with the quality of the DVD in
the end. I don't know if uses a different type of
compression or what but it didn't look nearly as good as MTR
and Popcorn. The picture had bad Pixelation almost
unwatchable when squeezing down a 7-something Gig DVD. It
might be fine for blank Dual Layer DVD's.

Try this step by step how to:

Pixelation:

Disclaimer: Before any of you get your you know whats in a wad about
copying DVD's, as the owner a large DVD library and two
teenage sons that like to loan out DVD's, I let them borrow
one a couple years ago to take to a friends house and they let
them handle it, it was nearly destroyed, the DVD
player left circular scratches on the disc making it almost
unplayable. Now they take back-up copies, I would hate to
say what I've spent building my DVD collection.

"Release date of latest version: April 4, 2006"

i think the demo version puts up pixelated frames every so often until it's paid for.

I'm talking about pixelation of the entire movie, screen door
effect so to speak. The same movie ripped with MTR and
burned with Popcorn was a difference like night and day.
