Solely applicable to athletes, esp. cyclists in competitions; not our average Joes or our G.I. Joes. And so our human race keeps on flourishing ... ;)

Why ban cyclists from using it? Is the sport's governing body afraid some cyclist might "pop a wheelie"?

he drug's boosting performance capability (a side discovery) puts the fear in the cycling fed but it's a joy to a cyclist's heart!
