I wonder if Obama feels like George Bush did on 9/11?

I imagine that Bush probably felt 750 times worse.

I cannot imagine the weight of sorrow they have felt. Same for all those who must send others into harm's way.

Low of Unintended Consequences

Romney shoots off mouth before he has all the facts.
Doubles down on bad mouthing President & Sec. of State 10 hours later even knowing more of the facts.

President and SoS do not take bait, appear presidential and diplomatic on the world stage.

Bubba realizes Romney just took a swing at Hillary.

Bill Clinton clears appointment calendar through election day, calls Obama, "I'm free to campaign for you, any time, any place."

Bad news for Mittens.

I'm going to walk down the block to the In 'N Out Burger and get a double double. I think I'll also have the lite lemonade with the burger.

I'm sure there are some similarities. However, 9-11 was so completely different it's unreasonable to draw too much of a comparison. Plus, for Obama and Clinton it was personal, as they knew Ambassador Stevens.

What is the point of the question swampy?

Swampy pretends that the Bush years did not happen. To her and her ilk, all of America's ills started when Obama took power.

Pam, the point is the awesome weight of being responsible for others lives. Not just Obama and Bush, but anyone who must send others into danger or know that an assigned mission could mean life or death. Having to write those letters of condolence. I could never do a job like that. Could you?

I sure wouldn't want to. But presidents send troops in harms way all the time. No doubt Obama has already felt that weight.

Remember this photo? This is not a photo of people sitting in happy anticipation. It's a photo of people who are worried as hell about the troops they sent into harm's way.

Bush could not have cared less about rushing out troops into harms way. Remember, that administration sent them to war without proper equipment.

Odd that Swampy never talks about Bush's failures.
