Jon Stewart and Steve Colbert noticed. I don't have the link but they juxtaposed a photo from three days ago with one from yesterday. He may have just fallen asleep in tanning tank but if he actually used the stuff John Boehner recommended, well...

i sometimes often almost always think the country would be better served if Stewart had a spot on network news, then i realize the networks will never ever let that happen despite his want to go after both sides.

Mittens likes to spend every weekend in New Hampshire on his boat. He's bound to get a tan. I read somewhere that he thinks he should stop doing that and campaign more.

You need to see the enlargement where you see where the weirdly-colored "tan" ends and the paler skin begins. It is definitely makeup, or possibly a spray tan--whether the reason is incompetence,a deliberate effort to make him look foolish, or a lame attempt to appeal to the viewers I can't say. But the color did not come from Mr. Sun.
