Speaking as someone who manages design and printing, there is waaaaaay too much of this going on all over the place. People pull up last year's file, make the changes they were given, and nobody proofs anything except the changes that were requested. I see this all the time. It's incredibly irritating and EXPENSIVE to reprint jobs because of lazy-ass people but there it is.

Letters have gone out to Florida Republicans that they will be removed from the rolls unless they appear in person at the supervisor's office within 15 days to prop Ed they are eligible to vote. I hear this same type letter was mailed to Republicans in Washington. The letters bore a Washington return address.
