"President Trump suggests anti-Semitic threats across U.S. are coming from within Jewish community "

In his official address to the new Reichstag, on 3 March 1933, Hitler brought the matter up once again:
"The fact that a certain section of the press, particularly outside the German Reich, tries to couple the national resurrection of Germany with this evil deed, confirms my decision to wipe out the crime with the speedy public execution of the incendiary and his accomplices." (Loud applause from the National Socialist benches and the public.)

President Trump appeared to suggest Tuesday that the wave of bomb threats against Jewish community centers across the U.S. could be coming from within the Jewish community itself, according to a Pennsylvania state lawmaker present for the comments.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, who was part of a group of state attorneys general meeting with Trump at the White House Tuesday, relayed Trump's comments about the bomb threats to Buzzfeed News, explaining that the commander-in-chief seemed to indicate he felt some of the threats were being made from the inside, as part of a potential effort "to make others look bad."

"He just said, 'sometimes it's the reverse, to make people, or to make others, look bad,'" Shapiro said, repeating Trump's alleged response to questions during the meeting about the large number of bomb threats against Jewish community centers in recent months.

"It didn't make a whole lot of sense to me," Shapiro said of Trump's remarks.
Shapiro claimed Trump used the word "reverse," "two or three times," adding that Trump also called the threats "reprehensible" toward the beginning of his remarks.

Earlier Tuesday, a former Trump campaign adviser, Anthony Scaramucci, posted an ambiguous screed to his Twitter wall that appeared to connect the recent bomb threats to Democratic lawmakers.

"It's not yet clear who the #JCC offenders are. Don't forget @TheDemocrats effort to incite violence at Trump rallies," Scaramucci tweeted, along with a link to a story from alt-new site Breitbart alleging that Democrats had hired "trained provocateurs to instigate violence at Republican events" during the 2016 campaign.

Well, it's obvious that with such an upstanding, righteous defender of the weak like 45 as President, the first thing progressives would do to tarnish his reputation is terrorize some of their own children with bomb threats.

Well, I very much doubt this.

I certainly hope it's not a "false flag" thing - I think with his paranoia and narcissism, Trump has already amply demonstrated that he'll eventually hang himself without anyone else's help needed.

I really wasn't believing that hate crimes were on the rise in the immediate aftermath of the election - I thought it was just people hyper focusing the few reports, but there have been SO MANY anti-Semitic events recently... a real president would have addressed this stuff by now.

Trump advisor Anthony Scaramucci says it's irresponsible to jump to conclusions (such as...that anti-semites are behind the wave of anti-semitism, apparently)

It took them six days to admit that a guy who screamed at two brown people, 'GET OUT OF MY COUNTRY!' and then killed them just might have been guilty of a hate crime.

Incredibly irresponsible and hurtful of him to say something like that.

If you don't know who did it, you don't know. You just say "this is terrible and I'll make sure the FBI gets to the bottom of it. Hates crimes will not be tolerated."

As for that violent bigot in Kansas - read earlier that he thought he had shot Iranians??

I have assumed all along that the man thought he was shooting some kind of Muslims, that seems like a pretty good guess.

These photos are from the last five years, so we can't pin this all on Trump. But he sure as hell is making it worse, not better.

Human beings have the ability to think before we let noises escape from our mouths.
That brings up a question: What species is he?

I know of two incidents that validate Trumps claim of insider incitement... two jewish students at Northwestern University and a black guy at a church. Ultimately it was just graffiti.

Plenty of other cases where it was genuine hate crimes. It's probably around the same ratio as false rape claims - diminishingly small, yet overwhelmingly sufficient to undermine the credibility of legitimate incidents by erstwhile bigots and bullies and malingerers in the minds of those swayed to support such ilk because "that could be me."

I'm pretty sure it's anti-Semites who are framing Jews to make it look like Jews are false-flagging for anti-Semites. From that point it's turtles all the way down.

Feds just charged a guy in St Louis for making bomb threats to Jewish schools and other Jewish sites. His name is Juan Thompson.

Gee, I wouldn't have guessed that was a Jewish name, but what do I know?

'Juan'? Could be one of those bad hombres.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.
