"President Donald Trump has seen a small, but noticeable bump in his approval ratings coming out of last week's address to a joint session of Congress, according to the latest polls.

A Gallup survey finds that 43 percent of voters approve of Trump's performance as president, up from 39 percent on Feb. 16. Meanwhile, 50 percent disapprove of his performance as president, down from the 56 percent who disapproved on Feb. 16.

A similar survey from Rasmussen, which has consistently shown stronger approval for Trump, reflected a similar positive shift. His approval is up three points since he gave the address to Congress.

The positive direction comes amid a slew of polls suggesting a significant majority of those who watched President Trump's address responded positively to it."

I winder what this past weekend did for those polls.

SNL called it "life was good ! He gave a good speech ..."

There was some concern he was functionally illiterate, but successfully reading that speech off the teleprompter has assuaged those concerns.

It is possible to read without comprehension.

......yes, narcissistic co-worker loved to memorize stuff and regurgitate it back to make himself seem smart but he never really understood the information.....he also loved to stalk new people who spoke a foreign language....force them to teach him basic phrases, so that when he met someone from that place, he could regurgitate it up and appear like he was 'worldly'.....each time the other person would reply back in the foreign language and he would have to say that was all he knew but he loved to pretend to be fluent.....

....also love spouting out random facts that he memorized and would bring them up out of the blue.....one time there was a croissant on the table and he just started randomly telling us the history of the croissant and where it originated (no one asked, he just loved to tell people all the random facts that he had memorized).....
