I'm sure there are many articles regarding the minimum wage, but this one I thought was a good read. Not from an educational merits of the pros and cons, but just one story.

A Photograph is worth 1000 words and the Photo in that story says it all! people who make $7.25 /hr do so for a reason!!!!!! the minimum Wage was a bad ANTI Capitalism idea put forth by Communists. I’m sorry if you can’t function! This is after all America, every one has a shot at an education. And those that do no choose to take advantage of the freely available education system are obviously Happy with $7.25, as this youngster is. If he was truly unhappy living at the minimum level he’d be out there looking for a real job. I My self started my working life in the 80’s making $16 / hr as a construction helper and buy the time I was 18 I worked in the Oil Fields for ~$22 /hr. NO EDUCATION REQUIRED, but I know those a jobs that require you to WORK!!!

All I can hear are Banjos................................
$7.25 IS A BIT MUCH FOR SOME ONE THAT HASN'T Mastered the nife or the tomato

You have proven this on numerous occasions about yourself.

Other than that quote, your post is so full of BS it's tough to pick a place to start.

You talk a lot but say nothing. You bring nothing to the table.

If you had some factual info to backup your drivel that would be one thing.

Spare us, but more importantly, try reading what you write before posting and spare yourself the embarrassment.

You either care about others, or you don't. Instead of posturing and rationalizing, just be honest and say that you don't give a shˆt about those less fortunate than yourself. you got yours and they can get theirs.

I think it's great that you're successful. But no matter how hard and smart you work, there are those that work 10 times harder and smarter and still success eludes them. I'm sure you are aware of that. There is simple abuse of the system and those that fall through the cracks. Nothing is as black and white as you make it. Why do you speak in such combative and strident terms?

WHOOOO Buddie I AM by no means successful, I live a pretty meager lifestyle since I got sick, and what I have or don't have qaint no ones fault but my own! When I got sick and was forced to Semi-Retire, I Expanded on a Trade I worked hard to learn as a teenager, and hve worked hard to market My Drafting skills, with the resolve that my Hourly Billing Rate is $xxx.xx and I won't work for less than $XXX.XX Sure I have lost work from that resolve, but at the end of the day I have a skill that bare's a market price of $xxx.xx and when I only can bill a few hours this week because the work isn't there, I don't get my self in the news saying "Awwww poor me", I get off my @$$ and market my skills. When things go bad and times get lean as they do it's MY FAULT no one elses, I faild and I accept it

If you are going to make a play on the character Mrs. Bleating-Hart, you should say "her mouth" to be accurate.

Yes, yes. America is the best country in the world. That is enough reason to not complain about ANYTHING and let our leaders get away with EVERYTHING.

It could be WORSE.

Besides under your hat, what's your point?

There are no guaranteed incomes, capatalist or otherwise.

Who said life sucks here "so bad"?

For being someone's "dad" you sure don't impart much wisdom.

But carry on...we enjoy the entertainment - well, most of the time.

Dude, you're still vetting your 20 year old daughters boyfriends! Talk about not imparting wisdom. If you had, she might be able to pick a non-loser. Although that might be hard in Tejas.
