Fortunately for all of us...Donald Trump cannot "restart" the economy any more than he stopped it, which he didn't. All of those decisions have been made by state and local gov'ts. They will make the "reopen" decisions. All the feds have done is provide late, chaotic, insufficient support.

And yet his approval ratings are going up, up, and up - 60% approval of how he is handling this pandemic.
