Ah, I think this guy is just nutty. I don’t think he can be assigned to any particular political persuasion, at least from what I’ve read so far.

So far he sounds like a member of the tinfoil hat, black helicopters club, which predates tRump by decades (which doesn’t mean he might not also love the Cheato.)
