And like the feds have passed the buck to states, states pass it on to locals. A lot of them will not follow their governors' reckless decisions, should they try to re-open too soon. It's an insane way to manage a pandemic but it's where we are.

The river is rising. It's going to overflow its banks. It's going to flood our house.

Lets put sandbags around our house.
