The local news channels really needs to drill it in to the locals about 45 looting FEMA for unemployment payments and pushing them to protect his personal properties over the general population.

I don't expect much because my local news does not cover things like this even though I am in a blue state.

If you're referring to New Orleans, it's often described as a dot of blue in a sea of red. The state is full of extreme conservative racist types who reject any sort of rational thought, quality education, decent health care, and so on.
