He’s done this before. He’s crowing about being nominated, not winning a prize. In his other blatherings he’s made that clear. I won’t be surprised to find out that’s the case here too, once a longer clip is available than the suspiciously short 12 second clip attached to the linked tweet.

He said 3 or 4 Peace Prizes. I think he was going to say he'd been nominated twice and then exaggerated that to "3 or 4." Then, he was going to say "nominated," but exaggerated the nominations to the prizes themselves.

Many Noble Piece prizes.

The steroids have addled his mind. What he's actually won is the Libel Piece Prize.

I’ve seen a full video of the speech (You Tube link begins at relavent section). He’s careful to never say he “won” the Nobel prize. He uses the word “nominated” in one instance, and misleadingly mentions Obama “getting it” as he rambles to create a perceived equivalence, but that’s it.

Make no mistake, his patter is certainly delivered in a way to leave an impression with the uninformed/easily influenced/less than rigorous consumer of “facts” that he has won an award one or more times. But it’s also simple to walk away from when questioned.
