DOJ now doing Melania's bidding too - suing author of tell-all book

The Justice Department on Tuesday sued the author of a book about first lady Melania Trump, claiming that Stephanie Winston Wolkoff broke a nondisclosure agreement that barred her from revealing confidential information obtained during her work for the president’s wife.

Remember when the Clintons, while Bill was still in office, were mocked for establishing a legal fund to pay their PRIVATE lawyers? I guess no one told them the DOJ was actually theirs to command.

Should be thrown out on the first motion.

They don't have legal standing to sue.

On the plus side, there will finally be a judge explaining to Drumpf that the public information laws governing those working in the executive branch negate NDAs.

Assuming it does not go in front of one of Moscow Mitch's recent lapdog appointments, it won't last 10 seconds. This is a massive waste of paper and resources.
