Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.

So I watched the entire Trump thing later last night - it was the usual BS plus some humor (the woman who said he was handsome when he smiled) and the Black female GOP operative sitting just behind the president nodding in agreement with him throughout.

Samantha Guthrie handled him as well as any journalist to date. She's a former litigator and it shows.

His lies about the pandemic and about QAnon are just dangerous, not to mention profoundly stupid.

Two things I haven't heard before:
Trump admitted he owes money to a "foreign entity" and that he wants Amy Coney Barrett to write an opinion that ends Roe v Wade and sends legislating abortion entirely back to the states. "Maybe she will, maybe she won't!"

Savannah Guthrie turned this fiasco around on social media -- from "I hate NBC" to "I love Savannah Guthrie". She done good.
