tl;dr - Toward the end of the 2016 campaign, Trump and his campaign may have gotten an infusion of $10M from Egypt’s president-for-life Abdel el-Sisi. That’s an illegal contribution form a foreign source.

Remember when Mueller was arguing with a foreign entity in court (up to and including the Supreme Court) over something in the Russia investigation? It wasn’t Deutsche Bank after all, as we suspected, but the government of Eqypt, who fought it tooth and nail.

Why? Because the Trump campaign was running out of money late in the election cycle, and although Trump had bragged he would invest $100M in his own campaign, that was BS, and he either didn’t have, or wouldn’t cough up the needed cash (Jared Kushner himself reportedly said “that isn’t going to happen”). So he turned to someone he later called “his favorite dictator”, al-Sisi, for a “cash advance”, who reportedly complied.

Ultimately, Egypt was able to stonewall the investigation, and Mueller decided it wasn’t in his Russian purview and dropped it, under unprecedented levels of secrecy.

It wasn’t that Hilary used email, it’s that she broke protocol and used a private server, hiding the emails in the process. This nearly brought down the USA and could have resulted in earthquakes and the blowing up of the caldera at Yellowstone, covering the country in lava and ash. Treason is minor in comparison. Lets keep perspective here.

Considering the end result...it did just about bring down the US.
