Details here -- I think this might be illegal and should get pulled, the ad stealing a portion of one of Biden's ads may also be a campaign violation: [www.ktvn.com]

Exactly. In the last few weeks of the race, he can effectively get away with complete lies, because he runs things and nobody will enforce the law. It doesn't portend well if he loses, because then he can more or less do whatever he wants during the lame duck period, and again nobody will go after him for it.
