my understanding if that the legislature can declare Donald Tuck the winner and the electors are required to vote for him. And I am still not sure if the electors are FORCED to vote for him.

Lindsey Graham should be thrown out of the senate for sedition, if he actually suggested anything of the sort.
I didn’t not listen to his sorry self, but if he did suggest anything like this, then he is not fit to serve and needs to be thrown out.
Something like what is suggested could actually lead to civil war.

They better not try it, that option is only there in the event of clear fraud. There’s not a shred of evidence of anything like that. Yeah I can see people taking up arms if they try to usurp the people’s vote. It’s like the Trump family things they are banana republic dictators and can do anything they want. Current PA law says the electors match the popular vote. To change that would require a change in the law, essentially right in the middle of the election process. And the PA Supreme Court is still Democratic majority. Even if you pull it off, you automatically get full half of the state very angry with you (more likely a majority, if counting those who do not vote), not a minority. There are many constitutional scholars who would argue that state laws binding electors are not valid. It has never been an issue, so has not risen to SCOTUS, but will at some point. A constitutional originalist should say such laws are not valid, but I have no faith that will be the case.
