NYT:

Quote

Mr. Biden, who has 253 electoral votes, pulled ahead of Mr. Trump in Pennsylvania by about 5,600 votes on Friday morning. If his lead holds — and it is expected to — the state’s 20 electoral votes would vault him past the threshold to win the election.

And without votes that came in after Nov 3.

Biden is President-elect.

I grew up in Delaware County. I'm glad to see it is still a Dem stronghold.

Where did you see that the totals we see don't include the ballots that came in after Nov 3?

And:

According to ABC in PA:

'Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar confirms to
@ABC
that those ballots are not showing up in the tally.'

[twitter.com]

There are a series of mail-in ballots from Nov3 and before out of Pittsburg, likely very blue.

Biden has PA, even without adding mail-in ballots.

I also heard the late-arriving mail ballots in PA are less than 3000 total so whether included in the tally or not they won't change the results.

Thanks. I was hoping that was true, but I wasn't seeing that anywhere yet. Whew.

PA Sec of State knew those late ballots were going to be challenge-fodder and kept them segregated. Smart move.
