The only one standing is the one in Penn that objects to mail in ballots that arrived after Nov 3, but the number isn't enough to affect the outcome. As far as I know that the only one left - it's over.

I don’t care except time. I don’t want anything to block certifications and lawsuits, Supreme Court could.

Doesn't matter. Dump has convinced all his followers (truly a cult at this point) that the election was "stolen" and that they should all love him. The video they showed on the news today with the crowds protesting as Dump was driving through and grinning ear-to-ear was truly disturbing.

Politico: ‘Purely outlandish stuff’: Trump’s legal machine grinds to a halt

Gross said the lawsuits are so groundless that the lawyers are more likely to be sanctioned for pursuing them than to succeed in court.

I wonder if the lawyers will eventually get paid. After all their client sees them as a bunch of losers that couldn't win a case, and now he'll have to bring in Rudy to show them all how it's done.

This is all trying to milk the legal costs for new donations.

I do not expect him to concede even after the Electoral College certified Biden.

Out of all the thousands of lies Trump has told, the lie that this election was rigged against him is maybe the worst. Saved the worst for last. He's not doing that for the country. He's not even doing it for the Republican Party. He's hurting the trust in the integrity of the systems and processes for the presidential election for his own personal gain. But it's working with tens of millions of people that he can continue to lie to (con). And that, too, is really disturbing.

FWIW I expect all the lawyers left know to get cash up front. Anyone working for Trump learned that decades ago.

I listened to some talk radio the other night and it's curious how these guys present what they call the conservative view. One of them explained in some detail that the ballots are still being counted, that there are provisional ballots and blah blah blah Wisconsin and blah Blah Georgia. They have a little more trouble with Pennsylvania, what with Biden's 65,000 vote plurality, but the host talked around it for a while. Another host went right to the idea of state legislatures picking their own electors (ie: changing the electoral votes to go to the loser rather than the winner).

And to these guys, Covid-19 is fairly unimportant except that the bad guys (Democrats) are trying to use it to steal all our precious freedoms. The fact that the US death toll is about to hit a quarter of a million seems to have slipped their minds.

And they've got a few buzz words such as "socialism" that they treat as near obscenities; try telling that to Bernie Sanders. Of course they don't seem to understand what the word means, either historically or in modern European terms.

If really interested in the progress or proliferation of lawsuits, you might want to follow Marc Elias on Twitter. He's lead lawyer opposing GOP court cases and as of today claims to have won 20 of 21 cases against them.

...and then there's this:

President Donald Trump’s campaign on Sunday withdrew a central part of its lawsuit seeking to stop the certification of the election results in Pennsylvania, where Democrat Joe Biden beat Trump to capture the state and help win the White House.

Ahead of a Tuesday hearing in the case, Trump’s campaign dropped the allegation that hundreds of thousands of mail-in and absentee ballots — 682,479, to be precise — were illegally processed without its representatives watching.
