Why aren't they impeaching him again?

Trump uses power of presidency to try to overturn the election

Headlines like these are common these days. Isn't this an impeachable offense?

Hopefully a few republicans can come to their common senses now and convict him.

In this case... probably not. With the holidays before us and January 20 less than two months away, there simply isn't enough time to do it.

Just like it would be trying to confirm a Supreme Court justice; two months just isn’t enough time

The articles of impeachment can be comprised simply of "Duuuuude, really, c'mon," then off to the Senate for "I know, right?" response.

Done in the time it takes to walk the paperwork across the Capitol building.

Oh, even better...just slip the Articles of Impeachment in the stack of papers labeled "Unqualified Judges." The Senate is approving those without even looking.
