Wisconsin Supreme Court turns away Trump election lawsuit (yet another)

Legalese for telling Trump to 'Get lost, Loser'.

Wisconsin's top court turned away a lawsuit from President Trump that sought to have the state's election results decertified, yet another blow to Trump's long-shot legal efforts to undo President-elect Joe Biden's victory.

A majority of judges on the Wisconsin Supreme Court said on Thursday that the lawsuit filed this week would be best suited for one of the state's lower courts.

The president filed the lawsuit on Tuesday, asking the Supreme Court to toss out more than 200,000 votes in Democratic-leaning counties that he alleges were illegally cast.

Anyone keeping score?

Did I hear that only ONE out of FORTY of their election fraud cases has been successful?

Is the one victory where the judge said that watchers could get closer, up to 6' instead of what had been the rule?

Not sure. It could have also been the case where Justice Alito had a few thousand late arriving ballots set aside in Pennsylvania.

The justices voted 4-3 against, it should have been unanimous. Disgraceful.

The Wisconsin court is unusually partisan. I’m really impressed that one conservative abandoned his party.
