He can red line all he wants, the President has no line item veto authority. A restriction Reagan whined about during his entire term in office.

SCOTUS canned the line-item scheme last tried. Probably a good thing, or Trump would have screwed up even more. Though you could say he showed a new way...just ignore provisions you don't like.

Thanks for posting. Would have changed how we do business if the SCOTUS had said it was constitutional.
