The doc didn’t pull back on the syringe plunger to check for a flash. She should have had a nurse do it so it was done correctly.

Current guidance for IM injections doesn't involve aspiration, so not checking for flash was fine, however, he pinched the injection site and then momentarily rubbed it, which can lead to loss of inoculant. As a nurse, I cringed.

Anyway, Dolly looked fantastic and the message was great.

She was given the real vax shot in her other arm, by a real nurse, in a private room, without cameras present.
That's the real reason she had openings in both sleeves.
And why she almost whiffed on the band-aid.
