Two Mod shots and just hit the two week after point, so I am at max, for now. smiley-music039
I will continue to mask, but will drop down from two to one, in most places.

Registered on several websites, but no responses as to appointments available. Too few doses available, AFAIK.

I've had both of mine and most of my older relatives have also had theirs. My wife and kids still need theirs though. I got mine through the mission I volunteer at. What's the best way to get my wife and kids registered for the shot? Some kind of stand by?

Two vaccinations but no responses to the vaccines. Hard to believe they worked … only time will tell.

every state is different - I'd start with going to the web pages of your health provider, your state's health pages and your city/county health pages - that's how I discovered that California had such a site.

Update: A vaccination site just opened about 25 miles from me and has scheduled Wifey and me for 2 days from now with the Pfizer COVID Vaccine. WooHoo!

Wife and I just received round 2 of Moderna Vaccine in Indiana. State just dropped age requirement to 50+ on Monday. My younger friends can schedule days or up to 1 week out and get second shot in 3 weeks. We had to wait 4 weeks for return visit.

State also now allows TEACHERS of any age to get vaccinated through non-state channels such as grocery and drug store pharmacies .

I assume you are in Florida.

Younger teachers cannot use state channels because out idiotic governor Ron DeathSantis won't allow anyone younger than 50 to be vaccinated. Instead he is arranging special vaccination clinics in Republican strongholds that only residents of those communities may attend.

The federal dispensaries do not have that limitation. Luckily those sites include Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, CVS, and Wal-Mart (where my wife and I are scheduled for next Thursday).

On a waitlist for unused doses at local pharmacy and a spot just opened today so I'm off to get jabbed. It's the new J&J so one dose for me. Here goes...

Supply not nearly meeting demand here in MA, so I check regularly and am constantly greeted with "Sorry, there are no appointments available within XX miles of XXXXX".

I'm okay with waiting for something a little closer rather than driving an hour to get it. Of course if the situation is still like this in a month, it might be nice ridin' weather and I won't object to an hour trip if that's the case.

It's like you're waiting on the scalper's doses. "Hey! Got that Pfizer. Got that "'Derna. Got that JJ."

We gotta do what we gotta do. Trying to go see the Dodgers this summer! The hottest I ever felt was watching a Braves game at old Fulton County Stadium.

Revived my first dose of the Pfizer Vaccine yesterday, which was the first day of 60-64 eligibility in CO. I’m feeling great today.
