Well, she is suing the guy who started the gofundme page for Lenin.

Is she claiming that she can't wear a mask due to a medical condition? Speaking as someone who ahas asthma - she can go @#$%& herself. it doesn't work that way.

I'm guessing that she saw the amount of money and decided to see if she could get a piece of it with a quick legal filing. I didn't read the text of the lawsuit, but I wonder what the grounds are, and whether the law here in California allows the defendant to file a counterclaim for malicious prosecution or the equivalent. Some lawyer gets to bill a couple thousand for writing a motion to dismiss.

It won't go anywhere in court, but ambulance chasers can convince you to sue for anything if they imagine a slice of a settlement.

Since it happened here in the far southwest corner of the U.S., this is the story just keeps on giving. It's been nonstop now in local news for the past week.

The idiot at the center of the kerfuffle needs to go away.

Her own Go Fund Me page. LMAO

Please give so that more may take…

We should set up a GFM page to rent her a U-Haul to Texas (around here, finding one would take a few wads of cash)
