Biden: there's 'no excuse for anyone being unvaccinated'

Joe Biden urged Americans today to once again get vaccinated against Covid-19 and get their booster shots, saying that at this point in time there’s “no excuse for anyone being unvaccinated”.

“We have in hand all the vaccines we need to get every American fully vaccinated, including the booster shot,” he said. “There’s no excuse for anyone being unvaccinated. This continues to be a pandemic of the unvaccinated so we need to make more progress.”



“Folks, I know we’re all tired and frustrated by the pandemic,” Joe Biden ended his address. “We’re going to get through this. We have the tools to protect people from severe illness from Omicron if people use the tools.”

Biden once again urged those who were eligible to get vaccinated and boosted.

“There’s a lot to be hopeful for in 2022,” he said. “For God’s sake, please take advantage of what’s available.”



Joe Biden admitted that coronavirus testing has been frustrating, but “we’re making improvements”.

“The last two weeks, we set up federal testing sites all over the country and we’re adding more each and every day,” he said.

He pushed for Americans to pick up free at-home tests and to sign up for programs to have at-home tests sent to their homes for free.

He said schools should remain open because at this point, experts don’t know if the Omicron variant will be worse for children than the other variants.

More than 70 million Americans have received booster shots so far, Biden said.

C'mon now, without the savior - Donald John Trump - Biden would not have those vaccines to tout. In fact, I think there's a direct correlation between when the 45th President acquired the Sars-COV-v2 infection and went into Walter Reed for care in October 2000 and the availability of vaccines in late 2000. Some people are saying that the vaccines are derived from his super-powerful antibodies. It's strange, Trump got covid and THEN there were the vaccines. So many beautiful vaccines. What really pisses me off is the whiners in the military who are vaxxed to the max, all of the sudden want an exception. You knew when you signed up that you were going to be vaccinated for all sorts of stuff. It didn't bother you then. You literally signed away your right to object.

If you are really a practicing member of a religious faith that doesn't permit vaccinations, you wouldn't/couldn't have enlisted. If your faith has changed, fine.... Prove It.

If you have a legit medical issue, your medical files would already have that info, and there is a paper trail.

I just read an article 3 minutes ago on this. Their "reason" is that some fetal cells were used in the development of the vaccine. "While fetal cell lines were used to develop COVID-19 vaccines, they came from abortions dating from 1973 and 1985. No abortions are being carried out to get the fetal cells needed for the vaccines and there are no aborted fetal cells in the vaccines themselves."

One interesting little story is what happened when the Mayo Clinic required their employees, system-wide, to get COVID vaccinations. They announced it last July; the final date to comply was Jan 3.

They had a piece on the local news with some of the folks who refused and were picketing out front. One was shaking with rage as she decried this assault on her freedom (a nurse, IIRC).

Anyway, there were all of about six people picketing.



Mayo says that ~99% of their employees got vaccinated. (About 700 got fired; a significant number, but it’s a huge organization).

Mayo also says:
