Anybody catch the interview with Dr. Gerald Harmon? He is a family doctor from Pawleys Island SC.

At the end of the 3excellent interview on staying safe in the pandemic, he said thank you PBS for being a source of accurate information and for being on the side of science and health.

Well played.

Well, I guess he's not looking to run for state wide office.

Although he probably wouldn't mind a little more airtime.

Our local PBS station runs stupid infomercials from dubious doctors during pledge drives, so one cannot thank all of the stations just the mother ship.

Our DISH comes with 3 PBS stations and one of them airs hour long "doctors selling stuff" programs. Sketchy supplements, etc. Seems weird to me too.

But PBS NewsHour you can count on 100%
