This may sound like nit-picking, but the language used to describe a problem defines the direction in which the solution will be found.

This would also help with the definition of "fully-vaccinated". No longer could semi-anti-vaxxers get away with saying they are fully vaxxed f they only had the initial two shots.

Actually, TB is the second-most cause of death before thr covid era but but it didn't affect "us" so it's not on most people's radar in the wealthy world.
