If I had to bet money on the Roe vs Wade leaker, it would be

Ginni Thomas. She could have had access when Clarence was sick. And her reasoning may not have even been logical. She’s so far up in all this @#$%&, who knows what her fevered brain might come up with.

I think we have a winner.

The guess that some conservative leaked the draft to lock in their opinions rings pretty true, and sort of fits with her profile.

Hell maybe Alito leaked it himself because he is pissed that the Chief Justice wanted it watered down. As WSJ has been reporting prior to this.

Clearly, Mitch McConnell is to blame.

If Moscow Mitch wasn't such a capricious prick, packing the court w/ such lying sacks of right-wing bovine excrement, it never woulda happened.

Obama shoulda had a pick (Garland).
Biden shoulda had a pick (to replace RBG).

Yep, Mitch could block Garland's nomination from going forward fro close to a year, but pushed through a replacement for RBG in less than 6 weeks.
