These extremists are showing their hands.
Should Roe be overturned, everything will hinge on who the DAs are. For example, the Orleans DA has said he would not enforce this law if it passes. There are many red states that contain liberal cities with liberal prosecutors. We won't just be divided as a country in a post Roe world, intra-state legal battles will ensue as well.
The Orleans DA is already embattled and may not be keeping his job for too much longer.

These weren’t immaculate conceptions by any stretch of the imagination.
Not only that, but the husbands/boyfriends who help their wives/girlfriends to get abortions will be guilty of assisting in the homicide. Law of unintended consequences...

Indeed. As noted in the link, contraception and legal abortion almost certainly decreases the absolute number of spontaneous abortions:
