Is this a case of an individual saying the quiet part out loud?

Or is it a case where the racism is so overt, a person feels comfortable just putting it in writing?

This is the current senior officer in the USAF.

Interesting article. Seems like the solution to the beard issue is there if they will work on it.

The guy who sent the text should at least be demoted if not fired, he should not be supervising anybody in the military.

Being female in the AF has been rough too.
