I'm not trying to go all Catherine Genovese here, but why didn't a group of people stop her? A group of people could have self-assembled in seconds, and then done what airline passengers have learned to do.

So she was arrested, it seems.

Now, put some teeth in the hate crime charges.

Barring a successful 5150 defense, she needs to see real jail time.

At the very least, I would have liked to have read she had been blasted with OC herowndamnself.

Spending a few months up the river (yes, I know) where orange is the new pink, might leave her more accepting of diversity.
