He doesn't have to care about that, he fights with lifetime appointments and he has the court of his dreams.

I'm hesitant to give a single person too much credit. They alone couldn't have done it.

IMO 'abortion is murder' is cultural symbol of the right just like the second amendment is. Its very hard to arrive at reasonable policy in regard to cultural signifiers.

I think it's important to know Mr. Leo and the Federalist Society, and their donors, and the role they have played in advancing these particular justices. Given who the people put in power, we were going to have a conservative Court. But it could have been more in line with conservatives of the past. . Slowly pulling a few bricks out of the liberal wall of progress. Not blowing the whole thing up like these people are determined to do.

Anyone else notice there is no written opinion in Dobbs from Amy Coney Barrett? I found that odd, given how open she is about her anti choice views.

She and Kavanaugh are wildly unqualified to be on the highest Court. How'd they even get nominated?

It's so much easier for them. They don't build anything. They don't develop anything, they don't create anything. They "only" tear things down. It would take us months to build a house with specialized tools. It takes just hours to tear it down with sledgehammers. They don't let morals or other worrisome "conditions" interfere with their goals. Their monocles don't pop out unless someone strays from the goal of destroy what they've set out to destroy.

That gives them time to disrupt, deter, divide us. They're experts at getting Democrats to eliminate Democrats by challenging our slivers of deal-killing righteousness and purities. "Hey Ice Cube and Kanye, you have large followings what has the Democrats ever done for the Black man?"

The Federalist Society is an example is institutionalized hate and aggression. It’s a platform for grooming new players.

Progressives don’t coalesce in those ways because we value the individual. All of that stuff from regressives valuing the individual’s freedom is of course nonsense. It NEVER holds up to basic scrutiny, because their idea of freedoms requires deletion of ours. It’s how zero-sum theory works, and they cling to that will all their might.

Get out and vote. That will delete the Federal Society but require much more effort overall.
